The personnel was pleasant, and the owner too. We had a modest apartment with a very comfy bed.

We stayed in the deluxe queen room which was fashionable. The breakfast had plenty of food, like toast and milk. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of Broughty Ferry Beach.

    missing water glasses

Had a great weekend getaway with friends! We explored St Andrews, just 30 minutes away, and enjoyed a lively spot with live music in the area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served delicious food. Just a tip, some rooms by the nightclub can be noisy, so ask for a quieter one during busy weekends.

One downside was the missing water glasses in our room.

The breakfast was also awesome, and not to be missed.

The noise from the bar was horrendous, with a DJ playing until 2am.

    Ideal for a family getaway

The staff were friendly, I even saw one of them helping a little boy with his ice cream cone. The food at the pub was excellent, I ordered the steak pie and it was quite the best I've had in a long time.

It wasn't exactly pocket change but for the quality it's still acceptable.
